User Accounts
Not sure that this is a windows 8 issue. I have just purchased a lenovo all in one. I have two user accounts both with administrator privileges. The first one can access any ap etc with no issue. The second one apparently can only access those on the desktop. when attempting to open any ap from the list...the screen flashes and then returns to the desktop. Suggestions?
