corel draw installing problem

Hi...
I was Formating my Vista last week after Format Vista i was install Corel Draw.When i was install Corel Draw one Error Massage Appear.
That massage
Failed to install IS Kernel Files.Make sure you have Appropriate Privileges on this Machine.

Hello sir How can solve this Problem?How can i will do install this Software?
Please Help Me.

This often happens when you try to install an older program that was released before Windows Vista, owing to Windows Vista's additional security features.

Right-click the installer "exe" file for CorelDraw & choose "Run as administrator"

Thank You Sir,for your answer But when i was Right Click in Corel Draw Setup don't see Run Administrator Option.Only see Install,Repair and Uninstall.
How can i get Run Administrator option?

No, you don't right-click CorelDraw Setup.

Right-click the actual installation file which has exe as the 3 letters after the dot in the filename. For example, the file will be called install.exe or setup.exe, or something very similar.

It's possible that he's trying to run the right file, but perhaps during re-install he gave himself a limited account. I think Vista will default to limited if you don't make the right choices. No? I hate Vista and 7 and I suspect I will hate 8 too. When they come out with XP2 or XPN or whatever, maybe I'll bite.
