Ann Marie,

Yes, you are correct. Samsung refers to this as their "Smart Panel" driver utility. I downloaded the latest version so I am unsure what the issue is. This is not critical software so I've removed it for now. Thanks!

Thanks for the update Scott. Maybe an updated driver later on will resolve the problem. I have a similar issue with my Epson printer on W7 but it's no real biggie.
