"Problem Reports and Solutions" Disabled?

All of the sudden, my Windows Problem Reports and Solutions has been disabled. Searches for some answers have taken me into Group Policy, but nothing has really told me, for a non-network operated unit, how to fix it and get it enabled again. At least nothing I have found and tried.

Any thoughts how to get mine working again? Says I need administrator rights to turn it on, but I am this unit's administrator. It is the only account too on this laptop.

Thank you.

Do you have "Soluto" installed? It takes over handling crashes and disables Windows' error reporting.

pip22, advance settings are disabled. Grayed out. That is what lead me into searching around via Windows Help.

Miz, I do indeed have Soluto. Funny how I never seen that program mentioned in all the results I read. Everything kept pointing to Group Policy, but again, nothing on the individual level. I will play around and even disable Soluto to see if that changes the options and post back.

Thanks, palies.

This from the Soluto fourm:

...as part of the new Crash feature, Soluto takes over handling crashes from Windows

If you don't like Soluto's crash handling, and want to go back to the old Windows "Send error report" - you can disable this feature by right clicking the tray icon - Advanced - un-tick the "Enable Soluto Crash Handler" feature.

When someone on another forum was having the same problem with error reporting and I was trying to help with the solution, it took me a day-and-a-half to find it so don't feel bad you didn't run across it.
