Restricted Areas
How do sites get listed in the "restricted sites" in my computer? Does someone have to try to access these sites and your security level blocks these sites? Or does Windows have a set list of sites that are always blocked? I am wondering if someone has tried to go to the sites listed and was blocked from them by the security level I have set - and that's how they(the sites) got into my "Restricted Sites".

Without third party software its impossible to log who visits restricted sites.
As for how they got there assuming you didn't add them, lots of anti-virus & anti-spyware will add some for you. |

Yes antiviruses can add some sites there, you should leave them there as most likely they are there for a reason
