New wireless network detected?
Just started the computer today for the first time in a couple of days and a norton screen popped up saying a new wireless network was detected and listed a local isp number that I don't know what it is. any ideas. It asked for a selection of home, away ect. There is no other wireless accounts listed other than mine and one other from across the road that ha always been there.

Someone else may have set up there own wireless network. It's nothing to worry about. Just make sure that your network is secured so no one else could use it and gain access to any of your shared files.

Somebody close to you has obviously set up a new wireless connection.
Nothing to worry about. Just make sure that your own network is secure with a pass-code.... |
