XP User Accounts

I have a problem I'm hoping someone can help me with. I recently set up a new user account on this computer for my daughter. When she logs on using her user account, there is a pop up that appears that reads "Failed to load dll:MpDBlf.dll, The specified module could not be found."

Can anyone help me with this?

I also placed several file in the shared documents folder and she cannot open many of them.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
