Email Question

Hi Everyone,
I need help with inserting a picture into an email. I don't want the picture to be so the recipient needs to download the PIC to their desktop or hard drive.

I have WIN ME, IE6 and EO6.

Can anyone help me with this?

Woops

I messed up my question. I mean that I know how to attatch a PIC so it can be downloaded.

I meant to say that I want to send a PIC in email so the recipient does NOT need to download to the desktop or hard drive.

The PIC should show when the email is opened. I know I receive emails like this but I don't know how to create them.

Cody,
I do not want to UPLOAD the PIC.

Okay, let me be more clear.

I was using AOL until just recently. I was able to INSERT a PIC which is different than downloading. I could insert several pics too.

This is what I want to be able to do with Outlook Express.
