Email and Outlook
Why do some email addresses pop up with just the first few letters of the name and others have to be searched for? Just wondering.

Can you be alittle more clear?
"first few letters of the name" The "from" name field? |

Those are the facts but I found a solution on the microsoft website. Do not remember the link now but it dealt with my email favorites list being corrupt and required deletion. I simply copied the original file again from the old computer and imported it. Works fine now.
