Can´t copy and paste with format

Hello I have Windows XP Pro SP2

I can´t copy text with format from Firefox and also I can´t paste a table with format I copy from SPSS statistics soft. I can paste the table in old Word 97. Libreoffice used to work but now I can´t get it to paste the table with format.

What can it be? Any clipboard or memory problem?
