I want to know if it is possible to write an email (the same text to be sent each day) that self generates at the same time each day of the business week. For example I want to send an email to everyone in our organisation asking if they have any absences for the day. Rather than write this each day I want to be able to do it once and then have it automatically send itself at 8.00am each day to everyone. Something like a recurring meeting. Is this possible?

Hi Wendy H, welcome to CyberTechHelp. Sorry this has taken a couple of days to get a response.
If the users are using Microsoft Outlook, I would have thought a recurring TASK would be the better way to achieve this? |
