XP Tuner Lockout - help please, Urgent

Hello all,
I've recently palyed around with XP Tuner, and somehow managed to lock myself out of my laptop which I need for urgent uni assignments and stuff. Can anyone help?
Details:
Somewhere in XP Tuner is an option to disable the 'administrater' user so as to prevent people (supposedly like me..!!) from messing up the system settings.. Problem is that I ONLY have that 'admin' user.
Situation now is I can turn on the laptop, reach the login page, then the only thing I can do is shutdown/restart/standby as there is no 'user' to login to.
Please help!!

Running XP Pro, no SP1/2 installed,
P4 2Ghz,
256RAM
Radeon9000 23mb,
don't know if theres anything else relevant to be added.
