Computer Speed Problem

My computer used to be fast--- really fast! But now its only kinda fast...

But anyway, its pretty much just from the time i enter my windows password to when I get to the desktop, it takes a long time... especially considering I have 4 GB of RAM & 64-bit

^^^ screen shot of the processes i'm running

also note that I have very few startup programs in the bottom right corner, so I don't think that's the problem
