STOP: 0xc5 Bluescreen
I'm using Vista Home Premium SP1 and randomly it gives a bluescreen () error as follows:
STOP 0x000000c5 (0x00000004, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x824FA4A6) When I opened the dump file with windbg, it said the problem was probably caused by vsdatant.sys . I searched it on Google and found out that it was related to ZoneAlarm, which I am using. However, I couldn't find any information to solve this problem. Any help? |

That file as you learned does belong to the Zone Alrm Suite. Her is a good forum for Zone Alarm;
http://forums.zonelabs.com/zonelabs/...s&page_size=20 You may want to uninstall Zone Alarm in SAFE MODE, then reinstall it. |
