Computer is frozen
I was surfing Youtube for a few minutes and all of a sudden my pc decides to freeze up. I then press ctrl, alt, delete and bring up task manager. I click mouse over task manager to end task. I get no response. I then clicked mouse over menu button to attempt reboot. No response. I then pressed ctrl, alt, delete and log on to different user (wifes, I know password). Everything works as normal. I reboot computer and log back in to original user and same problem. I can use mouse but nothing happens when I click menu button or clicking over icons. I have been using this pc for over one year and I have never had any major issues with pc crashes. BTW- I have the most up to date Internet Explorer and Firefox as my browser. Can I fix with this problem using system restore. Any suggestions.
