how big is c drive and how much free space is on it? if desktop, try opening the case, make sure it is dust free, all cables and cards are securely connected and run as normal with the cover off. While running make sure all fans are running. if it it does not freeze, put the cover back on and run as normal. If it freezes, then there is a heat issue.

Hiya.

I will do try this...but let me tell you what is happening now.
My last browsing session closed unexpectedly.it is saying when I try and get onto front page.so I restore.as it is telling me..then it saying internet explorer stopped working..close program..so I do.and it still does it.cannot get into front page...so I do a recovery from a few days back..it works for a bit..then does the same thing over..

I will do the other stuff you told me and get back to you.

Thanks.
