Not particularly - I recently have been trying to clean up several malware issues and I wanted to have the computer double-checked. There are issues of general slowness and other such things, but I doubt any of these are due to malware.

So am I good to go?

Seems youŽre good to go.

However, Old Java versions are open to different kinds of malware, I`ll therefore recommend you install the latest version.
First, uninstall the older versions you have.
Click Start > Control Panel.Open Add or Remove programs.
Click once on any item listing J2SE or Java Runtime Environment in the name. (Not every version of Java will begin with "Java" so be sure to read each entry in the list)
Click the Remove or Change/Remove button

Restart your PC once all Java components have been removed.

Go to http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp.
Scroll down the page until you reach JRE 6 Update 13
and click on the Download button. Select Windows Offline Installation

Required: You must accept the license agreement to download the product.

Then install the downloaded java file.

If you havenŽt run a cleanup program, IŽll suggest you do ->

Download: CCleaner
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4191.html
http://www.ccleaner.com/
Once installed, run CCleaner click the Windows tab

Select the following:
Internet Explorer:
Temp Internet
History
Recently Typed URLs
Delete Index.dat files

System:
Empty Recycle Bin
Temporary Files
Memory Dumps
Chkdsk File Fragments
Old Prefetch Data

Next: click Options click the Settings tab
Uncheck: "Only delete files older than 48 hrs.", click Ok

Then click Run Cleaner (bottom right) then Exit

Reboot.

Please tell how things are running now ?
