Winnt ?????
Can anyone tell me what the following are? There must be 100 of these items in the above folder. Can I delete them? The numerical portion is different for each one, but the front part is the same for all. I'd just like to know what they mean. Thanks SP

They are the windows update service pack/patch uninstall files. Removing them will mean you will be unable to roll back a problematic update.
