Questions
Hi I have a Samsung tablet, android from 2017. SMT530. Lately I will be doing something and all of a sudden it goes to black screen and then reboots. It happens every once a awhile. Do you have any idea what could be doing this?
Thankyou Pat |

could be several things. are you running any specific app when it happens? are you holding it or using it on top of something soft like a pillow or bed? Does it feel hotter than normal? Is your storage space full?
I would do a bit of cleanup, get rid of apps you no longer use or need, delete any media or other personal files you don't need, Then you can try deleting cache partition. It won't mess with any installed apps, media or personal files or settings. Power off the device. Press and hold the Power key, Home key and Up Volume key at the same time. Release all of the keyswhen the Android image appears. Press the Down Volume key to select Wipe cache partition. Press the Power key. Once Cache wipe complete appears, press the Power key to select Reboot system now. The device restarts once the wipe is finished. |

Hmmmm......
It sounds like a battery issue. Here's "The Droid Guy" Website: https://thedroidguy.com/fix-galaxy-t...-issue-1110616 He has plenty of info on troubleshooting, and fixing Android Phone problems. Signed: Ensign Tzap |
