Windows XP Problem solving for the Windows XP Operating System

Exclamation Fatal Execution Engine Error (0x7927f26e)

When I start the computer, I now get the message:
Fatal Execution Engine Error (0x7927f26e)

This is followed by:

hpqthb08.exe
Common Language Runtime Debubbing Services
Application has generatged an exception that could not be handled.
Prodess id=0xc68 (3176) Thread id=0xc70 (3184)

Click OK to termminage application
Click Cancel to debug


I have seen this posted before and have followed the threads to solve the problem as suggested by a number of members and administrators but
still cant get error messages to begone! Any help would be very welcome please.

Most of the time that error is caused by net framework. Can you boot the computer at all?

Yes, system boots up but just want to know what started the errors and how to correct them please.
