Question Backward Compatibility with Office 2003 and Office XP

I have an Office 2003 .pst file that I would like to open with Office XP. Is this possible? Are there other progs that will open .pst files other than Office? thanks.

You could try it, chances are good it will work, but there may be some features that won't be compatible. PowerPoint Viewer 2003 will open several versions of PowerPont files, but only for viewing. I believe OpenOffice's Impress can open PowerPoint for viewing and editing.
