Cannot connect to a site I used to visit frequently
My computer is a Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 x64 using a Verizon Wireless aircard (Ovation U760).
Anyway, starting about last Wednesday, I have been unable to connect to a message board that I enjoyed visiting. I tried the Down For Everyone Or Just Me site and it said it was only down for me and was up for everyone else. I also tried connecting to the site over my Droid 2 (also on Verizon) and cannot load it on that either. All other sites load properly for me. I tried running a tracert on the site and had the following result.  Any help is appreciated.

does it have a geographical IP ban?
