omg please help,worst virus ever,i have a hjt log

hey all,ok so i was downloading some wallpaper off limewire,then the one i downloaded came up on my desktop as some kinda porn pic,sure,me being a man decided to look at it anyways(idiot)anyways it was empty and i couldnt delete it,move it and i wan every antivirus i could find to no avail,so i went ahead and did a destructive reformat,AND ITS STILL THERE?i gotta get rid of this thing cus its a pretty nasty description of the pic on my desktop and i have ppl coming in and outta my house asking me questions,yeah laugh it up!lmao but anyways heres my log,thnx in advance if any1 can help me
