Google Image search displays web links

I found about a week ago that when I search for images using "Google Image search" the results on one computer are now displayed as web links, while on the other one I get a page of images (the same as it has always been).
This happens on both Microsoft Edge & Internet Explorer
I do not want to change browser.
I would think this is down to settings somewhere, but I cannot find any difference between the computers.
The two images show the difference.

So I cannot upload pictures from my computer, they have to be hosted somewhere.

That is a direct link to Google's "Images Aren't Loading on images.google.com" support page.

Did you try each of their four recommended steps, testing between each, to see if it solves your problem?

Yep, saw that. One of the reasons I tried to help.

If Google's four steps do not solve your problem with their images.google.com site, I'm not sure what you might try next. Have you tried resetting IE back to default settings yet?

did you try a different browser to see if it also has the same problem? it will help determine if it is a browser issue or something else.

Good luck buddy
Last night I found an article that said more than likely Malware and to run a malware scanner so I ran Spybot Search & Destroy, no different.
I then ran Malwarebytes and it came up with several proxy changes in the registry I Quarantined them and all is now OK.

Conclusion : Malware had changed the registry : Solution : Run more than one Malware cleaners.

Thanks for suggestions.
