Copy denied

I am trying to copy files from my "F drive" to my "c" drive by dragging "f" drive to "C"drive but I am getting message "Destination folder access denied, you will need to provide administrator permission to copy this folder.
please advise how to get administrator permission. Thank you.

Just because you are the administrator does not mean you have full rights.

Right click on the folder in question, then to properties, then to Security...Do you have full access????
