Is it safe to delete old .MSP & .MSI files?

I’ve been trying to free up space on my C: because it’s always nearly full. I got rid of everything I could safely delete & I have 5.5 G of free space on a 100G drive. I cut anything I could after I did a C: search for “Gigantic” files = 100MB+. I did the next one for “Huge” files <100MB. I got a ton of system files & stuff I don’t know about. There are a crap ton of them in the 20-60MB ranged that date back many years. Many of them are “AppleApplicationSupport.msi” & “iCloud64.msi” files. I was curious if they were redundant or obsolete files & whether it's safe to delete some from circa 2010-12 etc. Or would that be a problem since they are system files? Thanks!

AppleApplicationSupport.msi is required to run Anime Studio 9 program, iTunes, Quick Time. Obviously Icloud you know what that is.

You could free up some space, if you use iTunes, by completely uninstall it, then do a minimum install.

Have you removed the old Windows update files? Use Disk Cleanup?

Start>type cleanmgr (<enter>
