getting pics out of pc
my mom has a windows vista premium. the pc is shot. cant get it to run. if the pics are in her pictures section how can we get them out? can i use a spare pc of mine and go into her acct. and get them out?

If you still need help. The easies tway is to hook her hard drive up to another PC as a SLAVE, or get a cheap Hard Drive External USB case, plug the USB cable in and then you can access the drive.

If you go the route of a USB enclosure (relatively cheap) make sure you get the right one: SATA or IDE
