where to find iso win 10

I have got an 8gb thumbdrive and would lke to put an iso file on it (if that is what I need to do).There is information about putting this iso file onto a dvd but not how to get it in the first place,in order to put it onto a dvd.A simple two syllable explanation would do me fine

Just cut and paste it.

To run a ISO from a thumb drive you would need to burn the ISO to the USB drive, this way you could boot from the USB drive.
