partioning 2nd Used Drive in Vista Ultimate

Is it possible to partition a 2nd laptop drive on Vista ultimate using Disk management or do I need a program like Paragon

I have Data on there i want to keep intact

Ive had a quick look would reducing the size of dive (@250GB / 50Gb used) then creating 4 partitions work

I want to do a triple boot, Server 2003 and a linux and store movies etc on fourth partition
