Very High CPU Usage

Hi All,
I'm having a real problem with my laptop. The Cpu usage sits nearly always at 100%. The system just shuts down after about 20 minutes, I have scanned and erased all spyware/adware and I have ran a registry fix. Neither of these has worked, any Help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am out of ideas.

Thanks,

Mez.

Open the task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and check which process is taking most of the CPU time. Report back here with the result, and we'll see what we can do about it.
