Smile error in xp module could not be found

My friend is getting this message alot
Rundll ( I think)
error loading c:/program file/common/paretoligic/uu52/
uus.dll
this specified module could not be found

This is all the info I have, what does it mean please and how does she correct it, Please give step by step.
