system restore will not restore any save points
System restore refuses to restore any save points. had a problem was advised to restore but its playing up. Is there any thing i can do.

If it is corrupt then the best thing you can do is to clear it out.
Disable it to clear the restore points then re-enable it. See here http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_restore.htm
