running win 7 and here lately it is taking forever for my computer to load up,,,i have cleaned it up took most of pics down and it hasnt helped any. I am getting ready to start new job next week and really need to use this computer. thanks in advance

try doing windows disk cleanup. a

All Programs→Accessories→System Tools→Disk Cleanup.

When did the problem start? Does it run fine once it has fully booted?

How did you clean it up? Pictures would not do this - unless they (and other files) were taking up so much disk space you were critically low on free disk space. But then, typically, performance would suffer once fully booted too.

If low on free disk space, you should uninstall any programs you installed but don't use. And if necessary delete or move off some of your personal data files to another drive.

Have you scanned for malware? With what?

Is W7 fully updated?

And I would be remiss if I didn't remind you Microsoft's official "mainstream" support for Windows 7 ended 4 1/2 years ago, as seen by the Window Lifecycle Fact Sheet and all support ends this coming January. What this means is only critical security updates and patches have been released since then, and those will stop in a few months. So your system does not become a threat to the rest of us, it is time to upgrade to W10, or migrate to one of the many free versions of Linux.
