Browser outdated how to update it.

I have a notebook Prestigio Multipad Ultra with an outdated browser which won't allow me to surf.the browser doesn,t appear to have a name and as t is the only browser on the notepad I can't access th web.How doI instal a browser that works.I use google to reach a page but it wont open as"unable to reach a secure connection".My notepad shows I am connected to the net but the pages wont open up.It appers to be called either a notebook or tablet the web sitepage refers to the them as being different in their contact page.I tried to use chrome which shows as having been down loaded but there is no icon shown,nor is it shown among the apps.My browser is apparently not ssupported by Google +

You need to read up on Jelly Bean 4.3 which is on that tablet.
