New Installation on SSD Windows 8.1 Not Working

I installed a brand new 128gb ssd, and I planned to install windows 8.1 to it. I have a bootable usb and used that to install. I installed windows 8.1 and it restarted and then it returned to the installation menu off the usb, not Windows 8.1 on the ssd.
No matter what it keeps booting from the usb, I even changed the boot priority to the ssd in BIOS. Also when I unplug the usb is says "no bootable device, please any key to reset."
