message problem

hi I recently downloaded Roxio(who I contacted about this issue)then I decieded to uninstall Roxio.then after I did this I found that Roxio had left these 2 messages would you like to install the following items..isuspm exe
and it also asked about this item issch.exe,like I said it was left by Roxio and
I did contact them about it..are there any suggestions as to what I can do?

they are not required, so saying no should not be a problem. You should still be able to run roxio without any issues.

hi I didn't want Roxio I just tried it out so I took it out..and it left this message..im looking for a way to get rid of it...hense this thread..

you can do a system restore to a restore point just prior to the original install of roxio. it should get rid of the message.

that porotableapp.com..didn't work it wont even load up..my antivirus said it was a dangerous site..what if a system restore fails what then?

Did you uninstall Roxio through the Add/Remove Progams in Control Panel?

Start> type in msconfig in the search programs and files field and hit <enter>


In the system configuration window, select the Startup TAB

Click the Disable all button

Then go to the Services TAB

Uncheck Roxio Hard Drive Watcher 12, RoxioDB12, and Roxio SAIB Service and CinemaNow Service.

Click the Apply button then click OK

Click the restart button


Now go back again and Select Enable ALL and restart

Part of Roxio that may need to be uninstalled in Add/Remove programs are:

CinemaNow Media Manager
Roxio Photoshow
Smartsound Quicktracks Plugin
