HP Printer Problem

I have an HP office jet 8715. In the last few weeks the printer is printing on its own. On the sheets are nothing but random characters and gibberish.
I have tried deleting the printer from my computer, downloading and installing with new drivers and software.
I have turned off the Wi Fi direct switch on the printer as well.
I have also reset the printer to factory settings.

NONE of the above has worked. I have searched all over the internet and cannot come up with a solution. Can anyone or does anyone have any ideas for me?
I am running windows 10.

Appreciate any help
Thanks

try running troubleshoot

hi heshie,
you can try to run troubleshoot in you windows this might be helpful for you.
Also you can try to change you PC with any other PC to test your printer. If you got same error then you have to contact in printer support of your company. They might be fix your problem because if you got same error by changing device then error must be in printer not in PC. or this error maybe related to any hardware issues. so you can go with them
