Windows failed to start

It says insert windows installation disc and restart computer only problem she forgot what disc it was she has windows vista home basic 32bit windows vista home basic 32bitsp1 windows vista home premium 32bit sp1 which 1 would i use its a notebook dell insprion 1210

If this machine will not boot into Windows or Safe Mode and you are asking which edition of Vista is installed, how would we know? Your guess is as good as ours.
