Question Need help installing vista

I have baught the windows vista ultimate disk and i want to upgrade tho i also want to keep xp on my computer so i have an option on startup to select vista or xp.

How can I do this?

do you have the upgrade vista ultimate disk or the full version? It makes a difference.
