Angry shockwave flash

getting a message that my shockwave flash has crashed. Tried to reinstall from web site and still gettin the same message.
Please advise !
It directs me to a site you have to pay for the repair once the scan completes

Sounds like you've got one of those fake "it's crashed, we'll fix it, pay us first" security nasties. They can be difficult to remove so your best bet is to let the experts help you.

Read the second post in this thread, then start a new thread in our Malware Removal Forum and let the experts there help you get rid of it.
