What's waking my computer?

I installed XP yesterday and for the 3rd time I have come in to find my computer running. I shut down from the start menu when I leave. This morning, AVGaurd had already updated itself before I left. There is nothing else I configured to wake the computer up for. Is MS Updater doing this?

Are you positive you shut it down and didn't put it on standby?

Howdy:

Boot into BIOS (setup) and make sure "Wake on LAN" is disabled..

Press F10 to save the change and reboot !!

I'm sure I Shut Down and Wake on LAN is disabled (Resume on LAN, anyway). I do have Resume on PS/2 Mouse Enabled, but I always place the (cordless optical) mouse on a flat table so it won't roll and wake the computer.
