Auto Place a a phrase in Access 2003

Hello,
i am using Microsoft Access 2003 on a PC. I would like to be able to have one of my columns automatically have the phrase "./images/" placed in front of any words in the field. I already have the default value set at that, but thats only for new rows and i would like even the old rows to have that phrase placed in front. Even if there is a trick to getting this done i would be appreciative, i have over 12,000 lines and the only way i can figure to do this is manually copy and pasting.

Thank you!
