Mouse Freezes
I have an Acer Aspire 3000 Laptop that recently had an IT guy from work look at for this problem. He told me to use the computer with the battery unplugged but I'm still having problems with the mouse freezing up. Can anyone help? Thanks!

after you plug-in your mouse must restart your computer.

I guess I meant to say the touchpad freezes,I'm not using a mouse.
