W7 ask for encryption key every time it starts

I have a HP 840 G1 laptop. HP replaced a video board on the laptop. Now every time you turn it on it ask for the bit locker encryption key from active directory now. Any ideas for fixing this.

The drive was encrypted but it did not ask for the key everytime you turned the pc on.
Now I have to go to AD look up the key and convey it to the user over the phone to their location. Its about 30 digits long
