finding and deleting .tmp and .temp and .log files

are there any files(of any of these three file types) that should not be deleted- in XP Home system ?

are there any other temporary type of files that can be safely deleted thata re not real important and mainly just take up HDD space ?

also how to you completely remove outlook express program ? i never use it nor have ever used it and i want to rid of it from my own system

just wondering

thanks

Download and run the 30 demo of ace utilities. It will rid your computer of all unnecessary files. http://www.acelogix.com/As far as removing OE - I do not believe it can be done.
