Help plzzz right click restarting

i keep getting windows explorer has stopped working everytime i try to go to add or remove programs it sometimes does it when i right click on a exe program also. i have cc cleaner and when i go to the uninstaller from that i get msiexec.exe application error which also pops up when i try to run a program i have downloaded. any help plz


it does the same things in safemode also

i have ran malwarebytes and a bitdefender online scanner and nothing showed up





im running windows 7 home premium i did upgrade install from vista 32bit

Welcome to CTH vm323,

Not really sounding like a malware issue. You have already opened a thread in the Windows 7 forum here for these problems, so I will just close this duplicate request and you can follow up there for all repairs.
