What I could find online !!

The STOP 0x000000D1 can be caused by using Logitech MouseWare versions 9.10 and 9.24.

To resolve the 0x000000D1 problem:
1. Remove the Logitech MouseWare program from your computer.
2. Shutdown and restart.
3. Visit http://www.logitech.com to obtain the latest version. 4. Install the new Logitech MouseWare program.
