help with downloading vids

Hey guys,

Introducing myself, first post and all.

I do have a question though, I have been on a couple of websites that have videos I can watch online. There doesn't seem to be a way to download them to the PC, seems like it will only play through the browser.

Before viewing the vid online it buffers and downloads, if this is the case it must be saving the vid file somewhere on the PC??

Any suggestions as to how I can save?
This webpage is an example of what I'm talking about
http://videos.streetfire.net/

Any suggestions would be great, Thanks
