Unhappy site keeps making me change passward

One of my favorite sites ( crafting) I recently went back too makes me change my password every time I log in using Firefox and Ie. I am working with site administrator and she is baffled too.
I went into passwords and nothing is saved, cleared all cookies etc.Privacy and security seems fine too. The site administrator even changed my password and I still could not get in.

I know I am using correct ones. Can one of you help solve this. Thank you and have a great day!

yes both Firefox and internet explorer but only on that site. I found this https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb...uire-passwords and under the corrupt cookies part I found what they said until I got to under Application Basics section, click on Open Folder.I don't see that at all.
.

Thank you!

I think the problem is with her host server, not necessarily with your computer (or browsers).
Does it happen with other sites or just this one?

It only happens on that site and another person had same problem last year. The site changed her password and it fixed her issues but did not fix mine.

I keep getting this message
The username or password was incorrect. Please try again (make sure your caps lock is off).

I can change password and it logs me in for that session but when I go back I can't log back in.

I will pass along your information and thank you so much.

If you are using private browsing the password will not save.

The box always use private browsing mode is already unchecked and has been as far as I know and it still would not let me log in unless I changed my passward each time.

Thank you!

The only other thing I can suggest is that you go to Firefox preferences and navigate to "security" make sure that your "save passwords" settings are correct...
