Talking problem solved...

i figured out what my problem was...when i did the OTT i had to uninstall the ms version of java and reinstall an older version of the sun java. i have to use the old version of sun java because my computer is a 2000 compaq...

once i did this i restarted and the javasup.vxd error was gone...

thank you bm for your effort whan noone else was noticing my problem...this was probably because i posted it in the wrong forum..

this will be a lesson to me to make sure that i am posting in proper forums..
